Story of Haylee, 5 years

Hi we are the Bancroft family and we know Connect the Dots is amazing. When our daughter started speech and OT at the age of 2 she was completely nonverbal and had a very hard time controlling her behavior and emotions. She has the diagnosis of sensory processing disorder and apraxia of speech. Since Haylee has been in therapy she is now understandable 80 to 90% of the time and she is starting to regulate her emotions and behavior in group settings. Thank you CTD!!!

Growing in All Areas

Just Graduated PT!

Our experience with CTD has been amazing. The staff were so kind and supportive. Always greeted with a smile. My daughter just "graduated" from her physical therapy sessions. Big shout out to Rayne, who was simply awesome with my daughter. So patient, supportive, kind. Able to engage my daughter through the sessions. My daughter really enjoyed her time with Rayne...made the work-out feel like play. The program was fun, but definitely focused on the goals. Even the doctors have noticed the progress made. We were referred by his physician and he improved a great deal in a short amount of time. When he first started with Rayne less then a few months ago he was unable to ride a bike on his own and now he can peddle smoothly. The sessions combined with the exercises we were given to do at home have been advantageous to his lower body strength and movement.

Flourishing in PT!

Hannah has been such a great support on Oliver’s journey. He wasn’t walking yet when we came in, and he has flourished. She works amazing with him, and I can tell she loves her job. We absolutely adore our visits with Hannah and would recommend her over and over to anyone seeking PT for their littles! We have also had a couple really lovely interactions with the Speech Therapist while we’ve been visiting. It’s a great group in Corvallis.

Growing and learning new skills!

Rayne is my littlest Physical Therapist. She Is so amazing. She started off helping the baby with torticollis and has also helped with movement. Because her hips were super tight. Now she is crawling and standing. I can't say enough good things about Rayne.

Making Progress at Home

We were referred to CTD by my child’s teacher to help him with executive function skills and handwriting. His therapist has been great at connecting with him and giving us easy activities to keep improving his progress at home. Transformation

Maddie has been the BEST occupational therapist and has helped give us the most amazing experience for our Gracie. At first Gracie would cry and not get out of the car for appointments but after just a couple of visits with Maddie she ended up being SO excited for OT as Maddie made her feel so comfortable and was kind in her encouraging Gracie to try new foods. Help to navigate problems

Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. My son had an amazing time while here with the therapist. The occupational therapist was really nice and friendly and helpful. She had helped us get through some difficult times and helped my son learn how to do better in his school work. His occupation therapist was Irisa and she answered all my questions that I had right away and she helped me understand things that we were having problems with.

From not talking to forming own sentences

My daughters ages 5 and 2 were both seeing the same speech therapist. My oldest was diagnosed with stage 3 non-verbal autism at the age of 2. My youngest has delays and is under evaluation for ASD as well. Marissa has been a godsend in helping both of my children. My oldest went from not talking, to echolalia, to now forming her own sentences. My youngest graduated today after 7 months under Marissa's care. She is very patient, kind, and caring. I look forward to continuing under her care for my oldest. 💕

Worth the Wait!

I was a desperate parent that needed all the help and support I could find. Google landed me at Connect the Dots website. After consulting with our pediatrician I put my son on the waitlist. In May 2024, I completed the intake paperwork and my son was seen by Maddie and matched to Sarah by late May. My son started Occupational Therapy for his ADHD Executive Function with Sarah and soared. At the end of 10 weeks I felt it was not enough and Sarah agreed. We extended another 10 weeks and he soared higher. His maturity began to blossom and his decision making excelled. The amount of support for me as a parent organically grew right along with my son's growth. Thank you, Sarah, Maddie and Eugene Connect the Dots team!
