Group Class Policies

Registering:
To be considered registered for a group or class, both payment and the registration form must be submitted.

Cancellations and Refunds:
There are no refunds if you drop the class within 5 business days of the first day of the group or class.

If withdrawing from a group or class more than 5 business days before the first day, all costs paid will go towards any outstanding balance of the family. If there is no outstanding balance, up to 50% of costs will be refunded. For example, if the class cost $200 and there is $100 outstanding balance, $100 would go to pay off the outstanding balance and the refund to the family would be $50.

If the minimum number of participants is not met, Connect the Dots reserves the right to cancel the group up to 2 days before the first day of class and will provide a full refund in this scenario.

Drop-ins:
People who ‘drop-in’ for classes are welcome to join if there is room in the class, if the maximum number of participants has been met, you may be turned away.

The drop-in fee must be paid at the time of class, it will not be billed later.
