We are excited to announce that Rebecca Moyer, a long-standing employee of Connect The Dots Pediatric Therapy, will be assuming ownership of our Roseburg clinic beginning June 1st, 2023. With this transition, the clinic will be renamed “Explore Engage Enjoy” and will no longer be part of Connect The Dots.
We understand that change can be unsettling, but we want to assure you that this transition will not affect the quality of care you and your child receive. We are confident that Rebecca and her team will continue to provide the same exceptional level of care and service that you have come to expect from us. Rebecca has been a valued member of our team for five years and has demonstrated a deep commitment to the well-being of our patients and Douglas County.
To continue care with Explore Engage Enjoy you will need to reach out to them to determine the next steps. We take the security of your child’s protected health information (PHI) very seriously, and we adhere to all HIPAA regulations and requirements to ensure that your child’s privacy is protected. We will continue to uphold our commitment to safeguarding your child’s PHI under the new ownership, and you can trust that your child’s information will be handled with the utmost care and confidentiality. For this reason, no referrals or records will be automatically carried over to Explore Engage Enjoy. In order for Explore Engage Enjoy to have access to your child’s records from Connect The Dots you will need to sign a release of information allowing them access. We will not release your child’s records until we receive a release of information.

Connect The Dots will continue providing outpatient occupational, physical, and speech therapy services at our Eugene location. If you are unable to find the services that you need in Douglas County we would be happy to have you as a patient.
