Today marks an extraordinary milestone in the journey of Connect The Dots practice – our 10th anniversary! As we take a minute to reflect on this wild ride we are grateful for each and every one of you who have played an integral role in making this dream a reality.
The dream started ten years ago when Stephanie and Lee sat on their back patio and began crunching numbers to see how many kids Stephanie needed to see a week to make CTD possible. They were both terrified, but driven to make it work.
On August 1, 2013, Stephanie and Lee embarked on a mission to create a place where children and families could receive highly individualized, multi-faceted, and holistic treatment to help them reach their highest potential. It was their vision to build a practice that not only provides therapy but also nurtures the well-being of our patients and families. Thanks to the unwavering commitment and hard work of the incredible CTD team, we can proudly say that we have achieved that and so much more.
Throughout the years, we have faced challenges together, celebrated triumphs, and created lasting memories. And through it all, we have stayed true to our mission as we grew from a group of three to a team of over 25 professionals in multiple locations.
As we take this moment to reflect on the past, we also look toward an exciting future. Our commitment to providing outstanding therapy services remains as strong as ever. We will continue to innovate, evolve, and adapt to the ever-changing landscape of pediatric outpatient therapy, always putting our patients, their families, and our employees at the heart of what we do.
