Carsen was born and raised in Oregon, where she developed a deep appreciation for the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

Her journey into healthcare began right after high school when she started working as a physical therapy receptionist. She quickly fell in love with connecting with patients and supporting them through their care. Having been a physical therapy patient herself, Carsen knows firsthand how a compassionate, dedicated team can make all the difference in recovery and reaching goals. Now, she’s excited to bring that same warmth and understanding to families at Connect the Dots, helping create a welcoming and supportive experience from the very first interaction.

Outside of work, Carsen enjoys spending time with family, getting lost in a good book, writing, and seeking out new adventures. She also loves traveling and discovering new places whenever she gets the chance.
