Please note: Currently we are scheduling evaluations 1-3 months in advance, and at this time we only have morning and midday appointments available for treatment. Late afternoon appointments are currently unavailable.

• Check Your Referral:

A current referral from your child's primary care provider is required in order to schedule.
If your referral is more than one year old, please request an updated one.

• Confirm Your Interest:

Please email [email protected] within two weeks to let us know you would like to move forward with therapy services.

⚠️ Important: If we do not hear from you within two weeks, we will assume services are no longer needed and your child will be removed from the waiting list.
