Commitment to Diversity

When we started Connect the Dots, it was just an understanding that the company would not tolerate discrimination in any form in any clinic activity. Our mission is to help every child we can reach their highest potential, not just the ones who look like us, or speak the same language or come from certain neighborhoods. We have always felt this direction was inherently understood and innately shared by the team with which we surrounded ourselves.

However, we can always be more proactive and continue to learn in matters of inclusiveness. In an effort to move Connect the Dots forward, we have created the role of Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) coordinator. The CLAS coordinator will work to help the clinics improve any areas that would be potential barriers for clients, current or prospective employees and our community members.

Racism and discrimination of any kind have no place at Connect the Dots. We hope that every community member can agree with that statement and will help us make sure that our clinics are safe and welcoming places.
