At Connect the Dots, we share the common goal to help children reach their highest potential. We value each team member and the unique skills, experience and attributes that they bring to achieving this mission. Working in an interdisciplinary team, as a therapist you will have the support of Occupational, Physical and Speech therapists who have backgrounds in a variety of specialities and treatment modalities. In addition, we offer direct mentorship opportunities to support your professional growth as a therapist. Our administrative team handles scheduling, billing, and other administrative duties so that therapists may focus on delivering the highest quality treatments and outcomes possible.

"I joined CTD in September 2023, marking my first job out of grad school. From my initial connection with Emma, through my interview with Steph and Lee, and as I began my role, I felt immediately welcomed and comfortable by all team members I interacted with. As a new grad, I was initially concerned about managing a full caseload and feeling adequately prepared, but I was eased into carrying a full caseload over my first month. We are provided with ample time for documentation, which allows me to leave work each day without feeling overwhelmed or behind. Stephanie's mentorship has been exceptional.
