We are in-network with a variety of insurance plans and can help you with invoicing your plan if we are out-of-network.

Aetna, Cigna, Health Net, HMA, Kaiser, Moda, PacificSource Health Plans, Providence, Regence BCBS, Regence BCBS Federal, Trillium, Tri-Care/Tri-West, and Intercommunity Health Network (Linn Benton County).
