Speech Language Pathologist - Bilingual (Mandarin)
Iris was born in Taiwan, moved to Washington, and ultimately came to Oregon, where she earned her Master's Degree from the University of Oregon in Speech and Language Pathology.
Iris enjoys incorporating play to work with and help children to use different ways to communicate their needs and improve their social interactions with others. She has a specialized interest in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). Iris is bilingual, speaking fluent Mandarin. Being born and raised in a different country, Iris has a strong interest in understanding different cultures. She values incorporating the client's and family's culture during therapy to best serve each family's needs.
During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, relaxing in the comfort of her home, and watching movies/TV shows.
